Our Values
The WKC professional Charter details the values that underpin relationships in Westminster Kingsway College. It is a statement of what treatment a member of staff, student or other stakeholder of the College can expect and what, in turn, is expected of them in their dealings with fellow staff, students and other clients.
The underpinning values were derived through a major staff consultation exercise in the first half of 2006. Although appropriate changes to the language may be necessary, I hope their use can now be extended to form the core of statements of values which are relevant to learner and other stakeholder groups in the College community.
